Preliminary Designs

Gone are the days where you would receive, a pencil floor plan and maybe an elevation for a preliminary, and then be expected to use only your imagination, to decide on the design of your new home. Generally we will now provide, in colour, a finished draft floor plan, all elevations, a 3D internal view of perhaps the kitchen, and then for fun a 3D view of your home with features such as trees, shrubs, flowers and lawn to give an added touch of reality.
