Asset Productivity
Optimisers
We combine
operations,
maintenance and support functions, to optimise
the balance between asset output (revenue,
profit, return on investment),
input of resources (cost) and risk. We believe that this meets the aim
of any business organisation and any level within it.
We provide three methods
of assisting you in achieving better business results and transfering
skills to
your employees
- Our manuals or books systematically cover various asset
management
improvement
methods, shown
on the left under 'specific maintenance issues', with many
real life examples and
we provide ready to use analysis
sheets and charts, so the reader can apply
the methods without further
assistance.
- The
books are based on first
principle research, enhanced with the
experiences gained from projects by over 700 senior professionals and
practitioners who study
in Maintenance Management and Reliability Engineering courses at Monash
University, Australia and University of
Tennessee, USA.
- The courses provide an
outcome-based training solution that take a number of
your personnel through the contents of a manual with the help of a
PowerPoint
presentation.
- A course exposes you to the invaluable
positive contribution of good facilitation to correctly follow the
technique and get the most accurate response from your team.
- We
deliver our courses at
your site and accept
group
sizes up to 24.
- This is a concentrated transfer of
skills to a group of people
that includes excercises using in-house examples.
As a
result, you
can have your
first asset thoroughly analysed, as
part of the training.
- Together with you, we develop
a program to analyse the performance of your assets, operations or
maintenance and suggest
improvements that can include the modification of the asset or of
operating and maintenance procedures and frequencies.
- We aim at transferring skills for
sustained improvement.
- Consulting starts with a
short training, followed by a facilitated analysis of your selected
asset(s) using a certain technique.
In reality, there is little difference
between delivering a course, that includes analysing an in-house asset
or
consulting, although in a course we may only analyse
one asset and in consulting we may do several assets. We often use a
combination of all three
methods.
